Missing / Damaged Parts

We are more than happy to help you replace damaged or missing parts that would negatively affect how the game is played. The numerous steps in the process between it being an idea in our brains and a game on your table are so plentiful, flaws are bound to arise. Because of this, we are unable to give you a replacement for free when it concerns aesthetic imperfections or minor damages that aren't involved in playing the actual game.

Parts replacement usually take 2-3 weeks from us receiving your submission to arriving at your door, depending on where you might be located in the world. Please note: we are not responsible for any duty, customs clearance, or import fees. This is the sole responsibility of you as the customer.
