Refund policy

1. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: All orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding customized and pre-order products (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
  • Delivery Timeframe:

    ◦ US Orders: Standard delivery takes 8-10 business days.

    ◦ Orders to Other Countries: Standard delivery takes 10-18 business days.
  • Notes: The above delivery timeframes are estimated and do not include customs clearance delays or force majeure factors (such as extreme weather, logistics disruptions, etc.). A tracking number will be provided after the order is shipped, allowing real-time query of the delivery progress.

2. Return Application Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Returned products must be unused, in intact condition with no damage to the appearance, complete with all accessories and original packaging, and not affecting secondary sales.
  • For returns due to product quality issues (such as defects, damage, wrong items shipped, etc.), clear photos/videos of the problematic product must be provided for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Products that have been used, privately modified, or damaged due to improper personal use.
  • Customized products (applicable if there are subsequent customized product categories).

4. Return & Refund Process

  • To initiate a return, submit a return application via [Customer Service Email], specifying the order number and reason for return. For quality-related returns, attach corresponding proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
  • After the return application is approved, the return address and return instructions will be provided within 1-3 business days. The returned product must be shipped within 7 business days after approval.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified to meet the return conditions, the refund will be credited back to the original payment account within 3-7 business days.
  • For non-quality-related returns (such as personal preference, wrong purchase, etc.), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer; for quality-related returns, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the seller.
